Sold a lemon

Purchased a 65 plate fiesta on the Thursday, car was losing coolant by the following Wednesday. Took it back to Eden vauxhall Branksome , told Eden i wanted to reject my purchase! No paperwork could be found for the car purchased! Told car was bought at an auction. ( after i took it back). Had the run around from various members of staff at Branksome! Emails not replied too! Eventually got my deposit back! The moral of my story is.. dont believe a salesman at Eden... they just want a sale and their commission. Car is now back up for sale on their forecourt.. Dont buy a used car from them without seeing or test driving! & seeing ALL relevant paperwork... V5 was never found!!!
