“Never again”
What a shame I’ve had to write a negative review, this could have easily been avoided by consistent customer service and actually contacting me to help resolve my issues, that you know full wel I’ll I have had. Very disappointed in the “service” received. Was on a pcp received numberous calls asking me to visit the branch to see if they can accommodate me a new vehicle.. called in one day and was told my car has £1600 of negative equity from the “damage” it had ( a few scratches here and there) decided not to update vehicle. Continued to receive calls from a different salesman, so went back into branch and was told it only had £400 or damage this time. Was interested in a vehicle on for court so decided to go ahead with the deal, as when I was actually purchasing the car the sales team Couldn’t do enough for you! … when I went to pick the car up I noticed the wing mirror and front bumper were cleverly taped up with black masking tape. I expressed that I wasn’t happy about this as had I noticed said damage before I wouldn’t have agreed to purchase or I would have only purchased on the condition it was put right. A wing mirror was ordered but I had to fight to get a bumper ordered as was told “that’s what happens to them”. Waited ages to find out when the bumper would arrive onlt to find that it has never been ordered by sales team who passed the book to the service department . The car has also been back into the service centre four times due to an “engine management light” keeps coming on the dash board. The manager at the branch has onlt contacted me once as I went into branch in tears over the light and bumper. Even if it wasn’t then who was ordering the parts it would have been nice for them to contact me knowing how upset I was to see if I had resolved the issues I’ve had with the car. The onlt contact I’ve had is from Patrick who was happy to message me for the log book for my old vehicle. He also promised to valet the vehicle on one or the many times it’s been back at the garage, which he didn’t do. I also contacted head office to make a complaint who basically said they wouldn’t get involved and it should be the sales team directly who contact me.. considering my complaint was about nobody contacting me in the first instance I won’t hold my breath for that. At 33 weeks pregnant I do not have the energy to speak to these people once my car is hopefully repaired tmro for the fourth time. If not I will be taking this to trading standards. What a shame that I do not recommend stoneacre to my friend who asked about where my car is from. I hope that the sales team continue their lack of contact and do not contact me in 2-3 years asking if I want to update my vehicle again, as I most certainly will not be coming back to stoneacre for a new car.
