Never buy a car here

In August 2020 I bought a Skoda from Trust Ford Mallusk within a week the engine management light was on and for the next six months this car had a series of electrical faults and was back in the Ford garage seven times. I demanded a refund repeatedly but I was told as they fixed the problem and that the electrical problems were all different then there was no refund. Once my warrant expired I was told to contact the motor trade Ombudsman to lodge a complaint. I have dealing with them now for six months and no progress. This Skoda is still siting in my drive way with the same electrical faults and I am forced to sell it off with a loss of £2500. I had been dealing with the area manager of Ford Greg Whan and also contacted UK manager John Lehmann. Neither of them could care less and I have been left with no confidence in Ford as a brand. I would never purchase a car from this company again.
