Quite simply AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Traded in a BMW M sport (WITH NO SERVICE HISTORY) as we informed them, and they then quoted there offer with this in mind . To find that they then advertise the car WITH FULL SERVICE HISTORY. The Porsche Boxster we traded in for was advertised with FULL SERVICE HISTORY, only to find that there was only 2 years history from new (13 year old car). I contacted them many times and kept getting fobbed off: "we have posted it to you a duplicate portfolio". Then they say they initially gave it to us, rubbish. Then they say they cant back trace history ..... yet they managed to get a duplicate copy that they claim to of posted out .......laughable. Like many other reviews ...... WE HAVE ALL BEEN HAD .... But now I have informed consumer direct and trading standards who have opened a case on them and with the documented evidence I have forwarded to them. Watch this space ..... THE AUTHORITIES ARE VERY INTERESTED IN THE CAR FACTORY YORKSHIRE. Amazing what history you can find on names and at company house if you know where to look. THIS DEALER NEEDS AVOIDING AT ALL COSTS.
