A big mistake buying from this company

Bought a van from them during Covid; they brought the van to the house and took my van and wife's car in part ex. The drivers left with the car and van before we could check the paperwork - no full service history as promised and aircon not working. We immediately asked the driver to bring the vehicles back - he called the garage who told them not too and they did not return the vehicles - even though they had not reached their destination and were only less than ten minutes away. Asked on numerous occasions for history, none provided and they are now ignoring our calls.
