Shocking Customer Service

Got a problem with your Audi? Don’t go to Audi Bromley for help. I turned up with an engine warning light flashing and pulled into the garage and asked for help. Apart from shocking indifference from the service team with a miserable lady called Lauren struggling to lift her head from her paperwork, it was suggested a call Audi Roadside assist. However, they said it would be best for me to drive away from the Bromley site otherwise Audi assist would not help! They did say if I wanted to book the car for a check they would look at it on 10th Sept! (Today is 7th August). I am due to replace my Audi in a couple of months and guess what, I don’t think it will be an Audi!
