Do NOT buy from this dealership AVOID!!!

I bought a BMW from here in Feb '21 by May '21(96 days) and having covered less than 3500 the engine failed. Contacted dealer to ask what they will do about it while stating the consumer credit act 2015 and they've denied all liability saying that their lawyers have advised that I need to take it up with the finance company. They also asked me to make a claim on the warranty that they provided, but it wasnt worth the paper it was printed on as I needed to provide the exact cause of failure which required me to pay for removal of the engine to and there was no gurantee that warranty would reimburse me. After taking delivery of the car, I got further history of the vehicle from BMW which stated that there was some mechanical work done to the car. I asked the dealer about this and they denied all knowledge of it even though the mileage showed that the car was in their possesion at the time. Mileage was also 500 miles over the advertised figure. I'm now left with at broken car on my driveway that I cannot afford to fix and these guys are still selling cars to the unsuspecting public I bought this car from them during lockdown and I trusted them because they were highly rated by Autotrader but ive now learned that this doesnt mean anything in the real world and its a very costly lesson experience. DO NOT trust these cowboys!!!! DO NOT buy anything from them as they have no interest in you other than to take your money.
