Shocking service

I bought a car from a garage in paisley which I purchased a 2 year mot and service. I booked my car in at arnald clark armadale for its 1st mot and service, later on I got a call saying my car was ready to to be picked up. When I arrived I was told there's no paperwork as uts now available online. I thought nothing of it and a year past only to discover that they only carried out the service and not the mot.....well I will never ever be going to arnald clark again.....rant over!
