Dealership damages car

My XC60 went in to PAUL Rigby Volvo for a recall and came out with approximately £1000.00 worth of damage . The garage was told DO NOT PUT MY CAR ON A RAMP as it was damaged at the last Volvo dealers that was the last word I said to the service receptionist at PAUL Rigby Volvo and 5 minutes later the instructions went in 1 ear and out the other they have not only damaged both the outer sills but the next day I had Volvo assist out to check there workmanship regarding the Volvo recall for the removal of the seatbelt pretensioner . They Volvo assist confirmed shoddy workmanship and carried our repairs at my premises to the wiring loom etc . I have asked that PAUL Rigby contacts me direct but as of now I’ve herd nothing from him
