My wife and I purchased a BMW 1 series from Marc Bevan of Essex sales Benfleet. Everything seemed to be fine to begin with until we drove the car home we had a horrible burning smell coming from the car when we stopped the car it was releasing a lot of steam. Caused by a water leak due to a cracked housing in the cooling system .As Marc was wasn't answering his phone I had the car repaired costing £150 .When I eventually managed to reach Marc on the phone he agreed to repay half the cost on three separate occasions the when chasing the payment he became increasingly difficult and eventually refused to make the payment . So my advice to anyone looking for a quality used car steer well clear of Essex Auto sales .
