Unprofessional, lack of communication

Very bad communication, sent email days ago about a car, to book for a test drive, but the adviser Kenny didn't want to respond through e-mails, advised to call. Rung after the weekends, nearly left deposit as car was announced available on the phone, but they sold the car to smb already while chatting to me on the phone. One of the worst experience, compare to other dealers I worked with. Don't recommend , very unprofessional and lack of communication in their own systems, had to chase them up all the day from the morning, while they promised to give a call, or smb on the meeting etc.
