Well where to start ! Reception staff ignored us Salesperson rude, arrogant and cocky Beware of a £99 admin fee to buy your own car ???!!! Email sent following day to management expressing our disgrace and disappointment, still waiting for a response Still waiting for my deposit returning I would suggest you shop around and try other dealers instead !
