Excellent service!

I would like to sincerely thank from the bottom of my heart all the staff at Shirlaws for their recent kindness towards me when I found myself stranded over 400 miles from home. I’d recently completed the NC500 and had given my Kawasaki ZZR 1400 a bit of a thrashing when unfortunately the nut and bolt holding the chain taught sheared causing severe damage to my rear tyre. I limped into Shirlaws and thought being a dealership and knowing I was in a bind would be, how shall I say it?’ … be ‘financially taken advantage of’ … well not a bit! Those guys could have hammered me and really exaggerated the issues I was facing and charged me God only knows what. They didn’t. They not only fixed my bike but put on an almost brand new top of the range tyre! To be honest the kindness of the staff at Shirlaws restored my faith in humanity. Thanks you Shirlaws for being there for me when I needed you. Thank you for looking out for your fellow bikers!
