Poor quality Master van

Bought a pre registered Renault Master from them, on first instance calling about the van, salesman hadn't a clue about anything on it that i asked, on picking up the van He took the money and handed me the keys, never even walked out to show me it or around it, van could have been cleaner, still sucker marks on windscreen in the inside, Had terrible problems with van, multi media didn't work from the day i got it, gearbox started whining 2 weeks old with 900 miles on clock, had to wait 6 weeks for new one, engine management light was on until they fitted gearbox, mackies had van for three week! told had to wait for renault france for computer patches , Finally got back, real bad fuel consumption, funny noises from engine, wind whistle on both front doors above 50mph, side door warning it was open when driving, head salesman said it was still running in and i was making things up, also he would get it to the body shop for repairs! remembering this was a brand new van! Renault UK total waste of time, no back up from them, finally rejected it 5.5month later losing £3000 as they took mileage off, it was then back on the forecourt next day for the price i paid for it claiming the van was their run around as the documents were never changed in to my name as it was a pre registered van, new total scam and i feel for the new owners, wont go near mackies again. but not really their fault they didn't build it, Renault is disappointing,
