Excellent buying experience

I visited New look cars , Leigh to originally view an excellent Jaguar XF in May this year. I was allowed a test drive and then returned to purchase the car. Unfortunately for me I had a little issue with finance that Luke at Newlook cars sorted for me, but due to the age of the XF I had to look at other vehicles. I provided Luke with specifications of vehicle that I would be interested in and within a few weeks he sourced me a low mileage Ford Mondeo Titanium x with all the whistles and bells. (Not a Jag I know, but a car I am very pleased with) I collected the car a few weeks ago, drove away with a 6 month warranty as well included in the price. After a few days of ownership I experienced a few little mechanical issues. I contacted Luke and he sorted the issues out through his garage at no extra cost to myself nor any claim on my warranty. The service I received from both Luke and Emma was second to none, I would not hesitate in recommending Newlook cars for your next second hand car purchase. Very polite, honest and sincere and in the current climate it is nice to know that salesman like Luke still exist. I have already recommended Newlook cars to my family and friends and I will definitely return for my next vehicle. Keep up the great work Luke it was a pleasure to do business with you. John S
