Appalling customer service

We came up to view a car after booking 2 days ago travelled 1 and half hours to get there on arrival we were told Reece who will deal with us was busy so we had another 2 staff looking after us . After deciding we would purchase the car they told us someone else had put a deposit down and we needed to get the full money to them in 2 days to secure the car which we couldn’t do .We felt all they where interested in was the money was extremely disappointed with the BMW experience.
