Very disappointed

Bought a car and all good. After that not happy, Hartwell took a £100 from my account as a holding fee for test driving the car and saying paid back in a couple of days. 15 days later and 3 phone calls still no money back. Alo promised a second set of keys, still waiting. Not a lot to recommend for after sales
