Worst ever customer experience, after the deal was done we drove off with the car, immediately the engine light came on & service maintenance light, went straight back and was told it's ok just needs a good drive. One week later took back and 2 new parts where put in . At this point akeel tried getting more money out of us for our trade in and his colleague joined in a very intimidating manor. They said that we will need to spend around £2000 on our new car very soon & it's our karma for trading in our very old golf ! And also the warranty won't cover it ! What sort of people are these? Not professional just very very rude!!!
