Appalling customer service.

I contacted the dealer 2 dates prior to the anting to view a car. Drive over 60 miles to come and view the car to find that he had sold it. I understand it’s first come first serve, however you would think he would have the decency to call me and let me know before I made the journey up here. It’s a shame, some people are just born with very few brain cells.
