Very misleading

I've been lead on a 4 year lease contract with a kia ceed 1.0 litre 2019. They had described the car with good words only to sell it. Now 2 years and 6 months into the lease contract, I have had to get the timing chain and turbo replaced before 18000 miles. With new problems occurring now, engine shaking throughout the car on various startups, cold or warm. Terrible engine noises when accelerating and lowering gear. Kia Downeys now explain to me that it's the perk of them type of engines, they have called the engine to be naturally HARSH, and terrible with noise making. Ive had numerous fully trained mechanics, with upto 30 years experience tell me the engine shouldn't sound like it does now, and the car has completely changed from when the first repair had taken place. Ive had these new problems since the turbo was replaced and have been trying to sort it out with the deals hip for over 3 months till now. I feel I have been very mislead on this lease and I will be taking this up with Citizens Advice and then taken further with the knowledge to hand the car back with no less than a partial refund.
