This is going to sound as if I’m a friend or relative of Gareth at DCL Leisure but in fact I have never met him. I bought a Dethleffs motorhome from this firm several months ago and as Gareth was tied up with family concerns hundreds of miles away the negociations were carried out by phone or email. The vehicle was exactly as described and any queries or concerns met with an immediate response. The motorhome concerned is fifteen years old and the very few problems that arose were dealt with and paid for straight away. In over fifty years of car ownership I have never met a motor trader of such honest integrity and if all dealers shared his ethics the world would be a better place.
