If like me as a result of disillusionment you haven’t bought from a car dealer for many years, your faith can be restored by trying Gouldings in Lincoln. As many other reviewers have said there really is no pressure and no sense of needing to rush a decision, which we made over a period of several days and two visits. We had several conversations with Adam and John, and a solo test drive for several miles before making the decision. The negotiations were straightforward, and the trade in offer not far off what I expected. After sales service is as good as pre-sale. Some minor problems which arose were dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner, on a date of my choosing. This would certainly be my first stop next time I contemplate a change of car.
