Terrible service
I’m a novice when it comes to buying cars I made this clear with them. I financed a 1 series bmw, first I was told the car had no road tax, then when I signed my agreement and was ready to leave I was asked how do I want to pay the road tax, to which I said your advertisement said no road tax, I was then told this was a misprint and it’s happens. (I believe this to be false advertisement). Then I was told that the car had a full service, the car had been serviced but the cars computer was not updated to know. So I called up to speak about this issue. I was put threw to the the team who dealt with the service. From the get go the lady I was speaking to was impatient and rude, “She told me the car has had a service what more do you want me to do” Repeatedly to the point she eventually ended up shouting at me, At which point I wanted to speak to the manager, this man was called Stephen he was argumentative from the get go and when I explained I was Shouted at he then returned with you was shouting, “I did no such thing” All future communication from that point with Stephen the manager was met with “I don’t have time to deal with this, I don’t have time to deal with you.” By this point my initial problem was totally forgot about and I was returning the car due to the service I received within my 14 day cooling off period, I dread the thought of being out of my 14 days with these people. If this all day treat me when I can leave I can only imagine the service I would’ve received after. Then came my communications with Chris the owner, during our first phone call he called me ridiculous For wanting the computer updating because I would’ve ended up with the service light on earlier then the service was due. At that point when he realised I would have been driving around with a service light he then realised I wasn’t ridiculous. To top all this off with all the issues from the get go they have kept £200 of my £1000 deposit. This is a Honest Review of the service you will receive.
