Servicing nightmare
Having had my Range Rover Sport booked in with Lloyds Ripon for over 6 weeks, responding to my email reminder the day before and personally driving my car to Lloyds to avoid the need of a curtesy vehicle, imagine my supprise when i returned at the agreed time to collect my vehicle, only to be told that they hahn’t had time to service it. I question the ability of the company to be wothy of holding a Land Rover dealership. A very unsettling LAND ROVER EXPERIENCE
