Whilst my Honda was at Lings for a service, I noted a second hand car in the Lings Mitsubishi showroom that now suited my requirements. The sales team were most helpful, informing me of the car's history, explaining and demonstrating the specification and investigating then offering an acceptable trade in for my existing car. A test drive was offered there and then, it was taken and the deal was agreed. One week later, following a service, MOT and valet the car was unveiled in the showroom and I drove home with a huge grin on my face. Within the first week I noticed three issues, two minor, one more important. I phoned Lings, the car was booked in two days later. On arrival I received an apology for the inconvenience, the problems were investigated and remedial work carried out. Throughout, I was kept informed of progress and asked if I required refreshments on at least three occasions by showroom/service staff. The attitude of the staff was always friendly, positive and professional, enhancing the experience of owning a new car and I recommend a visit if you are considering a change of vehicle.
