Reassured first time buyer!

Just bought my first ever car (used) from Mitchells and they were so helpful. Allowed me lots of test drives, some time away to think, remembered my details and followed up with ideas that I might like. Some sales people were a little lacking in more technical details of the car (acceleration time etc) but very knowledgeable about the trim and inside features.
