Cowboy dealers

I bought a car from this cowboy dealers.they were all nice at the beginning,When I got the car they kept going on about how good a deal the car was long story short.,the car was shocking ,I had it completely checked out ,so here's what they found The back windows were super glued closed The differential at the back was on way out.there was a massive oil leakage. Someone had gone at the engine and obviously couldn't repair it right,the left all the soundproofing broken and hanging down underneath the car. They had fitted a new abs sensor badly. I contacted them about all this and they said they would come get the car and return my money .you can guess,they never turned up.i rang 11 times same answer the never came .them they wouldn't answer the phone ,so I rang on a different number, they answered and said they would call me back , excuses they couldn't give me my refund,that they were only sales.they said I needed return agent and they would text me his number and then they would hang up .so no I've gone to trading standards and a TV program.hopefully I'll get the help I require.im telling anyone thinking of buying from these people,DONT DO IT!!!!
