Rude and arrogant

Rang up today to ask about a car on the website, very rude attitude from the owner. Said that 11 people had enquired and there was 4 people booked to test drive that day and more on the weekend. When asked about a new MOT the reply was bluntly “well if it needs one” but the tone of voice wasn’t friendly. When asked about the cam belt he said it’s done when the car is 10 years old. The car is a 2012 car and in 6 months it’s 10 years old. So it’s all but there already. It’s safe to say we won’t be travelling to look and will look to spend our money elsewhere and after reading the other reviews since, I am happy we’ve made the right decision. The guy needs to take a lesson in customer service.
