I bought a lovely Skoda Roomster from D & J Woodcock and just a week after, during the warranty period, an issue was identified with the front brakes; as I live very far from the garage I had to get the car fixed at a Skoda dealer near me; I then contacted D & J Wookcock to explain the situation, I provided some evidence and I am happy to share that they accepted to refund part of cost I incurred in to the parties mutual satisfaction. This is to say that not only when you buy a car from them but also when something doesn't go according to plan D & J Woodcock are willing to assist and look after their customers.
