Disgusting After Sales

They say they pride themselves in professionalism, but we experienced their senior sales director, Nick, have a showdown with us, on their forecourt, when he said ‘I don’t care if you don’t accept it’ - In relation to my objecting to the shoddy job they carried out on our car. Only after asking him to repeat what he said on record, did he realise how obnoxious that was – and agree that the work fell below standard. This is the after sales service we got from NMJ after spending £20k with them. My wife left in tears, and in spite of an email to him, and the only other registered sales director Alan, have not had a single courtesy call apologising for his antagonistic behaviour.
