Service Department is a Joke
I had booked a service and wait with a polite young man on the phone. Unfortunaty this wasnt back up when i arrived on the day of my service , i had arrived early , but this seemed to be an issue as the booking in Agent stated that the service dept was on lunch - i was then told thta my service and wait would be 2.5 hours, when i questioned this i was told that this error keeps happening and that the service and wait option wasnt really an option ( then tell your booking in staff not me ??) I left my car at 1:45 and went to some local shops, i returned at 2:45 and my car hadnt moved , this was questioned but no apology was offered and i then declined the service . We are all busy people and Covid hasnt helped but this was just VERY POOR service .
