I bought a Vivaro from this dealer, when I arrived the vehicle was very clean and as described. Both Brian and Paul were very friendly and helpful. After having the vehicle for a couple of weeks the gearbox starting whining, I contacted Paul and without hesitation he explained that this was a common fault on the this vehicle and that the gearbox was failing. He straight away offered to replace the gearbox, stating his warranty goes above and beyond. This was great news. I will not hesitate to use Direct Commercials again and highly recommend them to anyone.
