Excellent company

We found a car on fishers of wigston site and made a call and spoke with James who was very helpful and we said we’d be there the next day to view the Ford Focus we liked. We live 1.5hrs away so we arrived at 10am the next day and went into the dealership and met James who was brilliant throughout the time we were there. We were trading in our car and we took the focus for a test drive ( on our own ) loved it and agreed a deal. They were so so welcoming in this dealership even inviting us to bring our dog inside whilst we chatted with them which was really welcomed. Tony Fisher runs a wonderful ship here and is a lovely man and it clearly shows it’s a family run business the way they deal with customers and his whole team seem very very nice we chatted to some of them sorry guys can’t remember all the names but it’s such a friendly dealership it was well worth the drive over to Leicester from Bedfordshire. We were given a really really good price on our Kuga and the paperwork and everything was done and sorted and we drove home in our new car and well what can we say except if there were more stars then we’d leave a shed load more ..thank you for making it all such a pleasure as we’d been looking a good Three months and had come across some atrocious local dealerships who had no time or personality to deal with their customers ,whilst we decided if we were going to stay with ford or not. Watching the service depot at this dealership also made us feel they were very professional and good with their customers.. all in all would defo come back again in the future ( after next week when we have to pop in and collect something from them ) we would recommend them and come back.
