Awful customer service and care

Extremely disappointed with the service we have received over the last month whilst dealing with Guy Salomon Northampton. 2 brand new cars bought with a combined price of nearly 150k. A new discovery and a new defender. One car is missing a bumper - we were promised on the day we picked it up it would be fixed. This was March, 4 months ago. Still awaiting many extras which were placed with the order. These were missing when we picked it up over a month ago. Handfree system on the car isn't working and still waiting for this to be fixed. New cars have teething issues, and I understand there are delays due to the "pandemic". The problem is that the communication and customer service has been extremely poor from Guy Salomon Northampton. Many promises to return calls have been broken, we have called numerous times weekly and no one has called back. Someone was due to visit us to put the bumper on and this is still yet to happen.
