Disappointed customer service

I brought a xc60 from wayland newbury. I mentioned that the car rattled and adrian illman took the car out and found no fault. Is he deaf? I have not received any follow up call....I live 20 miles away so they think I can just drop the car in when it suits them. Will never buy another Volvo I will never deal with fawcetts newbury again.
