Car Service is Sooo expensive.

Booked my car in for a battery for 189 according the their website. They called and said it would actually cost 410 to fit a battery to my rrs l494. Jlr web price is 189, it gives you an idea of their markup. They tried to charge me 140 to fit and code a battery plus the part - total 410. Absolutely insane. When I argued they did it for 189, but what a faf. Same was true for all other service parts. Don’t go to them official jlr dealers will do the same for half the price !
