Disappointed in Max whom I trusted.

Max presented himself as a genuine guy and a professional car dealer, however the service I have received after the purchase is shocking. The following morning after receiving my C class Merc 2015 the auto stop start didn't work, Max said it must be the battery, so after many attempts to change it I gave up and got it done myself £197 a year later and not reimbursed despite chasing, Max has now stopped replying. Then after 3 months the engine management light came on, the warranty provided didn't cover diagnostic checks or main dealer labour rate, cut a long story short the engine light has been on three times and gone back to Mercedes three times at my cost. It is now back on again and due to go back to Mercedes on the in July, like one of the previous reviews this seems like a mirror image of their problems and experience only I cannot afford to change my car. Its cost me a fortune in time and money and all I wanted from Max was £197. I am self employed and the nock on effect of my car being in the garage is devastating I am very disappointed with Max as a person.
