Dreadful experience

Wouldn’t go back for anything. Extortionate prices. Lack of communication from the Service Manager. Ten days to fit one shock absorber. During this to time we asked for our car back we were told we couldn’t have it returned because it was dismantled. We were missing our holiday asked for a courtesy car they said they didn’t have one. £323 to fit one shock absorber. Very unprofessional.
