Absolute disgraceful company

I bought a car from this company for my son for £1450 at Elite motors South Croydon in Dec 2019. After 2 weeks it overheated and they took it back for repair. 6 mnths later still not repaired and it was reported as tipped on its side in a side street. They took no responsibility for this despite the car being in their care at the time. They refused to give me a refund so i took them to court and won, however they still haven’t paid me and still have my car hidden away somewhere. My next step is to instruct bailiffs and have further conversations with trading standards, who have had complaints about them already. This company sre only intetested in customers buying their high end cars. All they had to do was refund my money and offer some good customer service. but this is beyond them. Stay away from these people. They need to be shut down
