Terrible service
purchased an A Class less than 2 weeks ago and I am trying to get in hold of the dealers because one of the tyres needed replacing, the guy at the garage found a dozen cracks within the tyre so he wasn’t surprised it needed replacing, I have 3 month warranty and have tried contacting the dealers and I am not getting a response!! Quick to respond when I paid the deposit but no contact since I departed with my money. The very first day I drove the car back I also tried to contact them to find out how long my drive away insurance would last with them but didn’t hear back then either so I’ve been on edge ever since and now the tyre issue, dreading to find anymore faults, thinking of contacting the financial ombudsman since they do not want to respond.
