Excellent service, friendly and extremely professional. I had made a mistake with the retention of my number plate which resulted in Ricky not being able to sell the car I had given him. He was nothing but patient and supportive in helping me correct my mistake, which meant I got to keep my private plate, without his patience and help I would have lost my private plates. The process took around 2 months to fix and I am extremely grateful for his patience and help. I love my new car, it was presented immaculately.
