short sighted

i bought a 19 plate car from a ford dealer and went to flear and thompson for accessories i really liked the staff they were knowledgeable very helpful , trust worthy and passionate i have a very large kia dealership 250 yard ( dont like the owners ) from my house went to F&L 35 mile round trip asked for something off management said no . i liked the staff so much i was going to get my car, my wife's car and probably my sons in the near future i liked the staff so much i would have went their in the future and went kia with all our cars its a pity that F&T are just the same as the big dealerships and just AFTER YOUR MONEY . although at the moment i only have two cars people talk and want a company that they can trust. its a real pity i would have traveled 35 mile round trip no now . after my experience i am pleased that i didn't buy a car from this dealership. really liked staff pity about management.
