A garage true to their word.

As someone previously mentioned, the measure of true customer service is how they respond when something goes wrong ! I can’t speak highly enough of Lynx Motor company, I bought a car from them which turned out to have a fault with the Dual Mass Flywheel and required replacement, this is an expensive repair it actually cost £1200 to replace. Lynx agreed to replace this (and the clutch) FOC as part of the month warranty. I needed it replacing before my holiday where I was towing a caravan down to Cornwall, they couldn’t get the parts in time so allowed me to take it to a garage of my choice to get the repair done and picked up the bill. I thoroughly recommend Lynx, as my experience right for the moment I stepped onto the forecourt has been pleasurable especially the people who run the business from and very nice ( no pressure salesman) Glen, to the very fair and honest owner Rick. I wouldn’t hesitate buying another used car from this garage.
