Broken sun blind

Took my car to folkestone dealer ship, for its summer check, collected my car to find the electric sun blind had been pulled open and broken off runners, when approached the aftershaves manager I was told because her staff said they didn't do it , they won't do anything about it, so I'm left with broken blind and a big bill.
