Ripped off.

If you are planning to buy your next used car with money you have worked hard for then l would stay clear of this outfit. I came here to have a look at a 2011 jaguar, after a test drive, I checked that the sunroof and sunblind was in working order, I found the sunblind was faulty as in not sliding back or forward and made a loud grinding noise. I told the owner of the car sales what I had found, and he said it was working but I will have it repaired, He said all deposits are totally refundable, believe me their Not. I did not know this until I laid a deposit on the car, I told his son Ryan who took the deposit that I would collect the car the following Saturday 22nd May 21 and pay the balance when I collect the car. I travelled back to Sheffield on 22nd May 21 as agreed to collect the car, when I arrived the car was know to be seen, I went into the office and spoke to Ryan, he told me the car was still in a garage having the sunblind repaired, this guy never even had the politeness to telephone me to let me know the car wasn't ready to be collected, I travelled one and a half hours to Sheffield from my home town on a wasted journey. On my return home I decided not to buy the car from these people because something didn't seem right, and thought if there like this now what's the after sales going to be like should anything go wrong with the car. I telephoned Quality cars today, and spoke to Ryan, I told him I did not want to buy the car, and also I did not want another wasted journey to Sheffield. I ask for my deposit back, and he replied your not getting back your deposit, I told him your father said to me that all deposits are refundable, he replied I will have to ask him, waste of time their just passing the book. It's now middle of June and I have never heard anything back from them in regards to my deposit, being refunded. I would think twice before using this car dealer, otherwise you may get ripped off like I was. I kept to my agreement, but they did not.
