Absolutely usless

I have a known issue with my car and took it here on the advice of my insurance company. Car was inspected by an engineer who agreed there was a problem but couldn’t do anything as the manager was on holiday. His parting words don’t worry we’ll get it sorted out for you. Eventually got to speak to the manager who denied everything and insisted it was in their policy not to fix the issue, when pressed he couldn’t say where it was in the policy or indeed what the actual policy was. His answer was just phone customer services. I asked for the number but he couldn’t produce that either, his advice was to google it! Absolutely shocking customer service, avoid this place and deal with people who actually know what they’re doing!
