This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with anyone to be honest. Mo sold us a faulty car and then lied to us about the period of warranty. The car broke down months after purchase and when we spoke to the warranty company to confirm we had time left to get the fixed they confirmed we had longer than he try to tell us. He then proceeded to offer us “cut rate prices” to fix the car himself if we came back down to the dealership, despite us living hours away. When we asked why he lied about the warranty, he automatically became abusivr and started shouting down the phone. Swearing and treating us and then proceeded to make racial remarks and call us inexcusable names. I’ve never been so shocked and stressed in my years of living. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
