Really Unhelpful

My experience with worcester audi was terrible. Bought a car privately which included a receipt for a load of servicing work worcester audi had carried out in 2019. The reciept was very vague so asked them if they could tell me specifically what work they had done. They told me to send them an email with V5 and driving licence....hear nothing so chase them up....still hear nothing so chase again.....still hear nothing so chase again. Eventually get an email stating that they cant tell me what work was done because they didnt charge any labour (?). So I asked if they could at least tell me what parts they have supplied to which they have ignored my requests.
