Rude salesman

We sent an enquiry via Car Guru on a Kia Sportage that we were interested in viewing. A salesman phoned us while we were just leaving a meeting. My husband asked him to hold on a moment while he said good bye to the people in our meeting, He seemed very taken aback by this. When we then asked the salesman to send us some more information via text or whatsapp, He said he doesnt do that and dont we have a pen and paper on us to take the details down. As we were walking and didnt have access to a pen, He then said if we are interested we must phone him back. You would think that for a sale, he would have been more willing. Needless to say with his attitude we have decided not to buy from them. (The 1 star review is based on the salesman and as I never got to see the car, cant attest to the rest of the stars, but have to give it some sort of rating to move on)
