Avoid at all cost

AVOID AT ALL COST !! 2 years I bought an M5 from here, it was in the garage for the first 3 months more that it was at mine ! 2 years on and £65,000 more the same thing happened ! Brakes squeal so it went in, next day picked it up and guess what, no dam difference ! Called on the Friday to be told I would get a call back but nothing, called Monday at 9am and Gabby assured me I would get a call and of course nothing! Called at 4:30pm to be told by Jake that Lewis the so called service manager has been AWOL since Friday and has no idea where he is !!!!! 20 minutes later Lewis called me to say he'd speak to Trevor the top tech there (he's the best as been there more than 20 years !!) first thing in the morning and get this sorted, fast forward to 3pm the next day and of course still no call !!! 3:27pm and I am still on hold for the service manager, all the calls along with footage from myself and two other customers can be found on Youtube from staff there with their honest opinions of this place, makes a great view !!! Use BMW in Crewe or elsewhere but just avoid Rybrook !!!!!
